Bathrooms & Kitchens
- Longer buying cycles and higher consideration
- Search-led intent from homeowners planning a project
- Before-and-after proof and trust-heavy creative
- More follow-up, over a longer lead-to-survey journey
We build customer-acquisition and pipeline systems around how trade businesses actually sell - bringing in qualified enquiries, following them up properly and turning them into booked surveys and jobs.
A homeowner researching a bathroom renovation and a driver wanting their drive secured are not in the same headspace. One is planning a considered, high-value project. The other wants a problem solved now.
That changes what we target, what the creative leads with and how quickly the follow-up has to move. So we run two playbooks, managed by two specialist teams, and split every account down that line from day one.

No two accounts look alike on the inside, because no two businesses sell alike. What stays constant is how we approach the work - from the first conversation onwards.
You always know what is being run, what it is doing, and who is responsible for it.
Spend, enquiries, surveys booked, quotes sent and jobs won. The same five numbers, every month, for every client.
We take the time to understand the trade, the service area, the ideal customer, the offer and the existing sales process before deciding what to run.
We build the acquisition, follow-up and pipeline systems around how the business actually operates, rather than forcing every client into the same template.
We don't launch campaigns and disappear. We monitor performance, review what is happening week to week and stay close to the numbers.
We test, analyse and refine the campaigns, creative, follow-up and wider pipeline based on what is actually producing results.
Running ads is the easy part. The difference shows up in how closely someone pays attention to the rest of your business - and whether they still care once the campaign is live.
The follow-up, the conversations, the surveys booked and the jobs won. We look at all of it, not just what the ad account is doing.
Spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, surveys booked and jobs won - in a format you can read in a minute, not a slide deck.
Dressing up a slow month helps nobody. If something needs rebuilding, you hear it from us first, with a plan to fix it.
If follow-up is costing you jobs, that is our problem too. We keep looking for the next thing that makes it work better.
If it doesn't help you win more of the right jobs, it isn't worth doing.
Growing a trades business needs more than one skill, so the work sits across a small, hands-on team covering everything the system depends on.
The people who build the system are the people who run it - no hand-offs and no account handler sitting between you and the work.
Positioning, offer and where the budget should actually go.
Campaign structure, audiences, bidding and budget control.
Ad creative and copy that reflects how you really work.
Instant replies, reminders and re-engagement that run themselves.
Stages, tracking and visibility from first enquiry to won job.
Pages, forms, tracking and the connections between them.
Different services, areas, customers and sales processes need different systems. The goal is never to fit you into a package we have already sold twenty times - it is to build the one that suits how your business actually wins work.
That means we say what we would do, and what we would not. If your margins, capacity or service area do not support the strategy, we would rather say so at the start than take on work we cannot make pay off.
And we take on one business per trade in a given area. If we are already covering yours, we will tell you straight away rather than oversell.
Founder & Lead Strategist
I started teaching myself digital marketing in 2023. What began as curiosity turned into an obsession with one question: Businesses with great marketing never fail, so why aren't all businesses also marketing?
I founded Conor Digital in late 2025 to help trades businesses generate a more consistent flow of enquiries. Working with them, the same problems kept coming up - inconsistent lead flow, and enquiries that weren't followed up properly.
So I built the business around solving exactly that. Today I help interior and exterior trade businesses across the UK build predictable acquisition and pipeline systems. What drives me is simple: watching a real business land real jobs.
